Humanify was born out of two decades of consulting experience at the Centre for Behavioural Research, at Future Factory (a global award winning design consultancy, now part of the $Bn Godrej Group). The Centre ran an expertise on studying users to direct teams on what to build for successful adoption and use of technology. At the Centre, we worked with global businesses on various products and technologies, helping understand possibilities for application, adoption and use through a human centred approach. The same experience now powers Explorastory a remote research platform that connects brands directly with users, helping them study experiences as they occur, and empowering internal teams to generate insights in hours instead of weeks.

With an unusual background across business, research and technology, Geetika has a unique skill to lead Business at Humanify. A Computer Engineer & MBA by training Geetika's first 7 years were in sales with global brands like Unilever and J&J, before she co-founded Future Factory (now affiliated to the Godrej Group). Next 17 years at Future Factory, Geetika held P&L responsibility, and also ran the user research practice at the Centre for Behavioural Research, which studies users to give advise tech teams. Humanify's platform is driven by the same experience that powers this research practice.
Geetika is an advisor to Welingkar University. IIT Bombay SINE, & serves at CII on Innovation & Tech Committee. She holds the Chair at Indian Women's Network, CII (MH). & serves at National Committee for Women Empowerment.

A global award winning designer & engineer, Jashish leads the Design teams at Humanify. An alumni from NID and Cambridge University, Jashish founded Asia's widely respected design consultancy, Future Factory working with global businesses to create breakthrough ideas, transforming them into remarkable experiences. A multiple Red Dot Design award winner, Jashish is also a multiple awardee of Japan's Good design award, America's IDSA Design Award and Italy's A Design award, joining the ranks of the world's most widely acclaimed designers.
At Future Factory, jashish helps achieve design excellence and build design capability, working with Unicorns and global labs to harness technologies to create breakthrough experiences. jashish owns several IP/ design rights, serves as an advisor to MIT, the CII Visionary Leaders Program, runs collaborations with global programs such as Sweden's Malardalen University, & serves on the jury of several design schools in India.
